  • Trav­el, per­for­mances and fur­ther stud­ies with Joan­na Hodges, Long Beach, CA and Mar Rich­man.
  • Par­tic­i­pa­tion is the Joan­na Hodges In­ternational Pi­ano com­pe­ti­tion in Palm Desert, Ca and the 8th In­ternational Beethoven com­pe­tition in Vi­en­na, Aus­tria.

  • Many stu­dent wins in lo­cal com­pe­ti­tions.
  • Bret Pad­dock and Sai Siva­palan re­cip­i­ents of TOP Five Pi­ano Guild schol­ar­ship. This schol­ar­ship is award­ed to the high­est ac­cu­mula­tive ex­am­i­na­tion score of 10 years – pi­ano guild per­for­mance ex­ams.
  • Stu­dents won Stein­way com­pe­ti­tion earn­ing study schol­ar­ships
  • Win­ners in the IVS com­pe­ti­tion earned Alex Few and Bret Pad­dock per­for­mances with or­ches­tra. Slew Few per­formed a Haydn piano con­cer­to and Bret Pad­dock per­formed Gersh­win Rhap­sody in Blue.
  • Most no­tably sev­en stu­dents achieved the Pi­ano Guild High School Diplo­ma cer­ti­fi­ca­tion. Patrick Xu re­ceived a 100% per­fect and high­est score.
  • Sev­er­al grad­u­ates con­tin­ued with mu­sic mi­nors in col­lege. Mitchell John­son grad­u­at­ed col­lege with a ma­jor in mu­sic com­po­si­tion.
